INVITATION TO SUB-CONTRACTING: CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW 11ML WATER TREATMENT WORKS (CIVIL WORKS) IN SENEKAL/MATWABENG

Setsoto Local Municipality is implementing a project for the new Water Treatment Works (Civil Works) in Senekal/Matwabeng. The contractor HT Pelatona projects (Pty) Ltd is currently looking for interested suitable candidate for the position with the requirements as stipulated below:

A COMPULSORY CLARIFICATION BRIEFING TO ACQUIRE THE “ASSESSMENT OF SUITABLE CANDIDATE CONTRACTORS’ DOCUMENTATION” WILL BE HELD AS FOLLOWS:

DATE : TUESDAY THE 25TH OF APRIL 2023
TIME : 11:00 AM
VENUE : HT PELATONA PROJECTS SITE OFFICE, NEXT TO WATER RESERVOIRS

REQUIREMENTS:
• Company Profile (reflecting company experience)
• CK Document (showing all the directors)
• Certified ID Copy of Director
• CVs of Key Personnel
• Copy of Valid Tax Clearance Status Pin or CSD report not older than 30 days.
• BBBEE Certificate/sworn affidavit
• CIDB Certificate: Civil Engineering (CE)
• Company Banking Details
• Past Experiences and contact reference.
• Proof of residence (strictly Senekal/Matwabeng)

NB: The extent of the scope of works will be detailed during the compulsory briefing session as scheduled above.

PLEASE NOTE: the briefing on the 25th of april 2023 is to collect relevant documentation and explanation of the tender process to be part of the SMME tender panel. this is a pre-tender phase. contractors that conform to the requirements will be invited to tender for relevant work packages on the “construction of a 11ml / day water treatment works project”.
