Reconstruction Of The 1.5km Surface Roa And Stormwater Drainage In Ficksburg/Meqheleng (Phase 2)
EK Construction and Development (Pty) Ltd hereby invites qualified and reputable companies to submit their applications expressing interest and providing documentation to be prequalified (shortlisted) to participate in the upcoming Invitation to bid (ITB) for work aimed at establishing sub-contract work for the reconstruction of the 1.5 km surface road and stormwater drainage in Ficksburg/Meqheleng (Phase 2).
In the upcoming ITB process, only prequalified companies from this Pre-Qualification (PQ) process will be invited to bid and will be evaluated accordingly.
If you are interested in applying in response to this PQ, please prepare your submission in
accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this PQ document and submit it at the address below.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proof of CIDB Contractor grading level for project tendered for.
• Certified copy of entity registration with Company and Intellectual Properties Commission (CIPIC)
• Bidder must be at least 51% Black Owned
• Last three (3) years (audited) financial statements
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (PIN) issued by the South African Revenue Services.
• Bidder must have minimum B-BBEE Level 1 up to 4
• Certified identity document (IDs) for entity owner(s)
• All service providers are to submit company profile and work experience in similar projects.
COMPULSORY BRIEFING SESSION DATE: 18 JULY 2024 @ 10:00 HRS at the site camp (along Bloem St).
CLOSING DATE: 24 JULY 2024 at 16:00 (no late applications will be considered).
Interested companies can submit their profiles and certified copies of the company certificates at the construction site offices at 32 Voortrekker Street (Quart House) in Ficksburg before the closing date.
