  4. A CSD report not older than 30 days must be attached, calculated retrospectively from the closing date for submission of bids.
  5.   7. Valid Letter of good Standing of the company from Private Security Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) must be attached for T21 (23/24).
  8. Valid PSIRA certificate of the Company must be attached for T21 (23/24).
  9. Valid PSIRA certificate of the Company Director/s must be attached for T21 (23/24).
  10. A valid COIDA Certificate in Security Services must be attached for T21 (23/24).
  11. Private Security Sector Provident Fund (PSSPF) Letter of Good Standing from accredited institution within South Africa must be attached for T21 (23/24).
  1. Three (3) years recent Audited Financial Statements from 2021 to date must be attached for both T20 (23/24) and T21 (23/24).
  2. All compulsory/ supplementary forms contained in the bid documents must be completed and signed in full. (MBD1, 3, 4, 6, 8 & 9 amongst others).
  1. Joint venture agreement and a power of attorney in case of a joint venture must be attached.

  1. No bids will be accepted from persons in the service of the State (even if acting through Proxy).

  4. Municipal Supply Chain Management Policy and Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act No 5 of 2000 and its 2022 Regulations (80/20 preferential points allocation system) and functionality will be applied.

  6. Failure to comply with the above-mentioned conditions may invalidate your bid.
